What do I mean by a “dual-benefit ?

There are 2 primary outcomes of any marketing effort that you make – traffic and back links. For example, using Google Adwords will get you traffic, but no backlinks … whereas, submitting your site to directories and portals will get you back links, but almost no traffic.

Article marketing however can get you both, because the search engines love some of the top article directories at the moment, and it is not too tough to rank an article high up in the SERP’s for a given keyword combo.

Tweeting Amazon Made Simple

Amazon on TwitterIn a recent announcement to all Amazon Associates, it appears that Amazon have been extremely beneficial towards their affiliates – by adding the ability to send a shortened affiliate link to Twitter from any of their products that you care to promote.

If you are already logged into your Twitter account, this is a one click process and a fantastic way to promote Amazon products to your followers on Twitter.
