Once you have had your sites in Traffic Bug for a few months, you will notice that the status of some of them will change to “Idle” which means they have been submitted to all the currently available social bookmarking sites and directories that Traffic Bug use. Now if you think that is the end, think again, a huge seo benefit of backlinks is having them to deeper locations in your site and not just the homepage.

Traffic Bug allows you to add sub-urls to your websites, you have already done the research to develop the various pages on your sites, right? Therefore you should have the targeted keywords, usually long tailed, for each page. If you haven’t done that piece of work to identify the correct money keywords for your pages then now IS the time to do so.

Once you start receiving back links to your sub-urls, these pages will start to appear higher up in the search engine results pages (serps). You will have a site targeting multiple keywords, and this will both improve the overall ranking of your site and also bring in highly targeted visitors to buy exactly what you’re selling.

As an example, you could write a review of a specific piece of kit in your niche. Lets say your niche is satellite navigation, then an item such as a Garmin Nuvi 775 GPS may be appropriate. The page title would be Garmin Nuvi 775 GPS Review and you would target that sub-url http://www.yourdomain.com/reviews/garmin-nuvi-775-gps with 3-6 appropriate keywords inside Traffic Bug.

I can’t overemphasize just how much of an seo benefit it is to have backlinks to deep links on your sites and Traffic Bug is a great tool for enabling this.
